การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาสาขาช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว Training Need Assessment on Instructional Design for Industrial Track Vocational Teachers in Lao PDR

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูอาชีวศึกษาสาขาช่างอุตสาหกรรม สปป. ลาว การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงพรรณนา โดยมีประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูอาชีวศึกษาสาขาช่างอุตสาหกรรม มีจำนวนประชากร 421 คน จาก 21 วิทยาลัยในสังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 205 คน เลือกโดยใช้เทคนิคของทาโร ยามาเน และแบ่งชั้นภูมิโดยใช้ภูมิภาค 3 ภูมิภาค ได้แก่ ภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคใต้ จำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแต่ละวิทยาลัยได้คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การตอบแบบสนองคู่ใช้ มาตรวัด 5 ระดับ มีข้อคำถามหลักจำนวน 13 ด้าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติเชิงพรรณนาใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความสำคัญการจัดลำดับความต้องการแบบปรับปรุง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นครูอาชีวศึกษามีประสบการณ์สอนน้อยกว่า 10 ปี จำนวนร้อยละ 64 และ มีประสบการณ์ในช่วง 10 - 20 ปี จำนวนร้อยละ 28 ผลของดัชนีความสำคัญการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม พบว่า 3 ลำดับแรกที่ครูอาชีวศึกษาต้องการฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ การออกแบบสื่อการสอน การวิเคราะห์หลักสูตร วิธีการสอน แนวใหม่ โดยมีค่าดัชนีความสำคัญของลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นมีค่าอยู่ในช่วง 0.44 - 0.57 ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้จะนำไปใช้ ในการจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมครูช่างอุตสาหกรรม สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา สปป. ลาว ต่อไป

This research aims to assess the training need on instructional design for industrial track vocational teachers in Lao PDR. The descriptive research method was used in this research. The population are teachers in industry field of vocational education, the total of population is 421 teachers from 21 TVET schools in Lao PDR. The sampling group total of 205 teachers was determined by using Taro Yamane technique. The stratified random sampling was used to select number of sampling for 3 regions including Northern, Middle and Southern regions. The sampling size of sampling unit on each school in strata was selected by purposive sampling method. The five rating scale questionnaire consisting 13 aspects in dual-response format was employed to survey from the sampling group. The descriptive statistics data analysis were mean or average ( ) standard deviation (S.D), percentage and modified prioritize needs index (PNI modified).

The results showed that 64% of teachers had teaching experience less than 10 years, the teaching experience in range 10-20 years equals to 28% of the sampling group. The results of important ranking of training need assessment revealed that the main 3 aspects consisting of the teaching media design, course analysis and new modern teaching method were the priority training course with PNI modified in range of index value 0.44 - 0.57. The results of training need assessment will be employed to create the training course for enhancing vocational teachers’ performance in Lao PDR.
