Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสนามบินนานาชาติเพื่อการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมการบินยุคดิจิทัล 2) สร้างการพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสนามบินนานาชาติเพื่อการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมการบินยุคดิจิทัล และ 3) จัดทำคู่มือการพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสนามบินนานาชาติเพื่อการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมการบินยุคดิจิทัล การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีทั้งหมด 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสำหรับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการตอบแบบสอบถามเพื่อการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ เป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูง ระดับกลาง และระดับต้น ที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมการบินจากท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติในประเทศไทย มีทั้งหมด 14 แห่ง จำนวน 210 คน 3) กลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสำคัญโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ด้วยวิธีการสกัดองค์ประกอบหลัก และการหมุนแกนแบบออโธโกนอลด้วยวิธีวาริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสนามบินนานาชาติเพื่อการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมการบินยุคดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน 18 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ 1) ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2) ด้านความปลอดภัยและการรักษาความปลอดภัย ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 3) ด้านการดำเนินการท่าอากาศยาน ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบย่อย 4) ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 5) ด้านกฎหมายข้อบังคับ ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย สำหรับคู่มือการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสนามบินนานาชาติ ประกอบด้วย แนวทางปฏิบัติของแต่ละองค์ประกอบ ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ การประยุกต์ใช้แนวทางการบริหารสนามบินนานาชาติเพื่อการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมการบินยุคดิจิทัล ผลการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเห็นว่ารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสนามบินนานาชาติมีความเหมาะสม และคู่มือมีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ได้จริง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100

This thesis, Competency Development of International Airport Management Personnel for Aviation Industry Competition in the Digital Era, has the purposes of 1) studying the factors of competitive competency development of international airport managers, 2) creating a development model for competitive competencies of international airport managers, and 3) creating a manual for the development of competitive competencies of international airport managers. The research consists of both qualitative and quantitative research. The research consists of three groups of informants. The first group for in-depth interviews. Secondly, a sample group, responding to a questionnaire for exploratory factor analysis, consisting of 210 senior, middle and junior level managers involved in the aviation industry, in which there are a total of 14 international airports. The Final group attended a focus group in order to review the coherence of the contributing factors. The tools used in the research consist of semi-structured in-depth interviews and questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis consist of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The result shows that competency models for Competency Development of International Airport Management Personnel for Aviation Industry Competition in the Digital Era results in 5 major factors containing 18 sub-factors, namely, 1) Desirable Features, consisting of 4 sub-factors.; 2) Safety and Security systems, consisting of 3 sub-factors; 3) Airport Operations, consisting of 5 sub-factors; 4) Information Technology, consisting of 3 sub-factors; and 5) Law and Regulation, consisting of 3 sub-factors. The results were that the Competency Development of International Airport Management Personnel for Aviation Industry Competition in the Digital Era was an appropriate development model and that this manual is appropriate if applied 100%.
