บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาค่าผลิตภาพแรงงานของงานฉาบปูนผนังภายนอกอาคาร ของการก่อสร้างอาคารพาณิชย์แห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจากการศึกษาพบว่าค่าผลิตภาพแรงงานของงานฉาบปูนผนังภายนอกอาคาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยประมาณ 1.13 ตร.ม./คน/ชม. ทั้งนี้ค่าผลิตภาพแรงงานที่ได้รวมเวลาของความล่าช้าเนื่องจากการรอคอยวัสดุการแก้ไขงานและการเกิดอุบัติเหตุไว้ด้วยนอกจากนี้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบผลกระทบจากงานก่ออิฐซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่ทำมาก่อนงานฉาบปูนผนัง โดยพบว่าหากคุณภาพงานก่ออิฐไม่ดีเช่น ไม่ได้แนวและไม่ได้ดิ่งทำให้ต้องฉาบปูนหนามากขึ้นในบางพื้นที่เพื่อให้ผนังเรียบ ส่งผลทำให้เวลาในการทำงานนานขึ้น ร้อยละ 7 และทำให้ค่าผลิตภาพแรงงานลดลง ร้อยละ 9

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the labor productivity rate in concrete plastering of exterior brick wall of the construction of a commercial building in Bangkok. It was found that the labor productivity rate in concrete plastering of exterior brick wall was at the average of 1.13 m2 /p/hr. This rate has included the factors of time delays during material preparation, surface repairing, and any accidents. In addition, the result of this study revealed the effect from predecessor activity of non-well brick layout both horizontal and vertical alignment, i.e. the increase of plastering thickness in some area to make the even surface. This resulted in 7% increase of time delay and 9% decrease of productivity rate.
