A four-year-old old girl died from a neck injury she suffered after an explosive was tossed into her home by a teenager in Brazil.
Aylla Manuella Ribeiro da Piedade was sleeping in a room at her home in the São Paulo city of Barretos on Saturday afternoon when the 14-year-old boy flung the projectile towards the residence.
She was rushed to a local hospital, where she was declared dead approximately at 2:30 a.m.
on Sunday.
A surveillance video shows the teenager, whose name has not been released, holding the small explosive and lighting it up before he threw it at the home as a bevy of children looked on.
