Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop and discover the efficiency of the computerized information enhancement system of the company 2) study achievement after using e- Learning lessons and to 3) evaluate the satisfaction with the developed information system. The questionnaire was used to survey and interview 67 establishments in the Bangkok metropolitan area and 81 undergraduate students. It was found that the desired performance of the establishments was different from that of the students taking the course of Database Management System. The development of e-learning information systems and eLearning was, therefore, based on the performance difference. The e-Learning package consisted of 9 units and was administered with 35 Business Administration students selected by means of purposive sampling. The results of the research revealed that 1) the students' computer performance after studying through the information system and the developed lesson was significantly higher than the computer literacy at the .05 level, and 2) the students were highly satisfied with the use of information systems and lessons for enhancing the computer use performance at a "high" level. The information systems and e-Learning lessons can enhance the computer use performance of desirable establishments.
