The Development of Management the Educational Quality Model for Excellence of Faculty Industrial Technology\, Rajabhat University

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to analyze the components, processes and education quality management for performance excellence 2) to develop the education quality management for performance excellence and 3) to evaluate the effectiveness of education quality management model for performance excellence.The research was divided into three phases. The sample was the members of Faculty of Industrial Technology Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University which was selected by purposive selection. The instrumentation of this research was education quality management model for performance excellence, Faculty of Industrial Technology,Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. The statistics was percentage, average and standard deviation (SD).The results showed that (1)the compositions and processes of education quality management for performance excellence by analysis and synthesis from several ideas and current problems include six key elements which are 1) driven organization 2) strategy planning 3) customer focus 4) measurement analysis and knowledge management 5) workforce focus 6) process management and 7)result (2) The education quality management model for performance excellent was developed from seven elements. (3)The results of the education quality management model for performing excellent consist of eight elements which are 1) the principle of education quality management model 2) the concept and the core values of quality management model system 3) the purpose of the quality management model system 4) the structure of quality management model 5) quality management model criteria 6) the guidelines of quality management model system 7) rating score of quality management model system and 8) the assessment and self-assessment reporting, the results of education quality management model for excellence performance by the suitable assessment with high level.
