The possibility in opening to teach Fine Arts Subject. Fine Arts Program in Music of Phetchaburi Vocational College

Abstract

This research have the objective 1) To study the readiness of the policy, curriculum, personnel, budget, place, material and durable articles. 2) To study the attitude of administrator, and musical professional in Vocational Education Commission that affect in opening to teach the Vocational Certificate Curriculum, Fine Arts Subject, Fine Arts Program in Music of Phetchaburi Vocational College. The target group that use to collect data for example, the administrator and 12 personnels of Phetchaburi Vocational College, and 4 musical professionals. The research result can summarize that 1) the readiness in opening to teach the Vocational Certificate Curriculum, Fine Arts Subject , Fine Arts Program in Music of Phetchaburi Vocational College are (1) Curriculum (2) Personnel (3) Place (4) Material and, Durable articles (5) Budget. 2) The attitude of administrator and professional to guideline in opening to teach Fine Arts Subject, Fine Arts Program in Music of Phetchaburi Vocational College are (1) A problem in opening a new curriculum has 3 topics are, personnel is the most important problem, the public relations problem and a the budget problem. (2) The input factor are enrollment and students selection, skill test of students 3 parts are music practicing, music theory, and audiovisual. (3) Defining desirable features of the graduates will must to have the skill great musical instruments in skillful level and can practice other musical instrument in base level. (4) The procedure studies, the professional shows the attitude for teaching methods that, the teaching should use a lesson that students have the familiarity, to change the way in several musical to continually, and present about the technical knowledge in repairing musical instrument in order to the graduates to progress in living, besides musician only.
