The Development of Training Program for Head of Department in Administration of a Coaching and Mentoring System of the New Teachers under the Office of Vocational Education Commission
Abstract
The research objectives were to 1) develop and evaluate the appropriateness of a coaching and mentoring system of the new teacher 2) develop and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for head of department in administration of a coaching and mentoring system of the new teachers under the office of vocational education commission by research and development method which sample by the target group in this study was selected from 10 performance appraisal and a coaching and mentoring system experts study the training needs from 288 heads of industrial department and 5 experts in creating training program get the results of the suitability evaluation of training program were 4.95 at the highest level. The research results were as follows: 1)The experts agreed that a coaching and mentoring system of the new teachers has been developed and is appropriate at the highest level.2) The results of the development and evaluation the effectiveness of training programs for head of department in administration of a coaching and mentoring system of the new teachers. Training programs was developed by the application form CIPP MODEL found that the environmental assessment at the highest level. The rate of input that consistency during training topics, test and behavioral objectives. The compliance rate is high and assessing the content assessment, evaluation sheet and evaluation training are assessed on the highest level. The evaluation process has a theoretical achievement of 85.54 / 85.00 percent and practical achievement is 89.00 percent which is higher than the temperature threshold. Both theoretical, practical and satisfaction of the trainees was high level. Product evaluation of department which the overall rating was high level and there was an administration manual of a coaching and mentoring system at the highest level.
