The Study of Learning Package for Increase a Competency Knowledge Management and Professional Teacher for Teaching License Applicants
Abstract
This research aims to 1) examine the performance of knowledge management and being teacher after the created learning package and 2) study satisfaction after the learning package in the knowledge management and being teacher subject. The samples used in this study selected by purposive sampling. The 45 applicants are the candidate licensed teachers who have been studied in the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Professional. They used the created learning package which composed of the learning course manual, teacher manual, and the learning course for students. The performance testing after the created learning package shows that 1) the performance of knowledge management and being teacher from the overall figure is improved as 88.43% which is in a very good level and 2) the satisfaction after the learning course in the knowledge management and being teacher subject is developed to the most level.
