The School Vice Administrator’s Functions in Personnel Administration

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the factors of school vice administrator functions in personnel administration, and 2) to confirm the school vice administrator’s functions in personnel administration. The sample consisted of 96 secondary schools. The respondents were school administrator, school vice administrator, and school human supervisor, total of 288 respondents. The research instruments were the semi structure interview, and questionnaires. The statistic were used for data analysis were, content analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factor analysis. The research findings revealed that; 1) The factors of school vice administrator functions in personnel administration, composed of Human resource strategy, Competence Development, Performance appraisal, Performance enhancement, Legislation and Discipline and Staff Motivation, and 2) The confirmation for factors of school vice administrator functions in personnel administration were appropriate, possible, useful and accurate.
