Development of Web-Based Instruction on Webpage Construction with HTML by Cooperative Learning Teams Game Tournament Method for Matthayomsuksa 2 Students
Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to development of Web-Based Instruction on webpage construction with HTML by cooperative learning Teams Game Tournament method for Matthayomsuksa 2 students at the efficiency 80/80 criteria, 2) to compare the learning achievement score with pretest score, 3) to study the students’ behaviors during the learning Instruction on webpage construction with HTML by cooperative learning Teams Game Tournament method, and 4) to study the students’ opinions toward Web-Based Instruction on webpage construction with HTML by cooperative learning Teams Game Tournament method. The sample group in this research were 40 Matthayomsuksa 2 students of Thanyarat school, Pathumthani province, in the second semester of 2016 academic year by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were Web-Based Instruction on webpage construction with HTML by cooperative learning Teams Game Tournament method, the achievement test, observation of the students’ learning behaviors form and questionnaire about the student opinions on Web-Based Instruction. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results were as follow: 1) the efficiency of webpage construction with HTML by cooperative learning Teams Game Tournament method was at 83.92/83.75 that according to the criteria, 2) the learning achievement score was significantly greater than the pre-test score at .05 level, 3) the students’ cooperative behaviors during the learning were at a high performance level ( X = 4.47, S.D.=0.45), and 4) the students opinions on Web-Based Instruction were at a high agreement level ( X = 4.50, S.D.=0.57).
