Development of Personnel Preparation Course Approach Academy committee Position under the Office of Vocational Education Commission by Using Blended Method

Abstract


This research has the objectives to : 1) developing and evaluate the appropriateness of model preparing personnel into the school administrators under Office of Vocational Education Commission by using Blended Method and 2) Develop and evaluate of efficacy in training courses preparing personnel into the school administrators in office of Vocational Education Commission by using Blended Method. The goal of the research is deputy director of the college and the teacher's qualifications, experience and Yrs of Exp. academic status criteria of the office of the teacher civil service and educational personnel administration prescribe. 14 personeligible to enter the selection process. To the position of Executive Education of Office of Vocational Education Commission. The results showed that 1) developing and evaluate the appropriateness of model preparing personnel into the school administrators in office of Vocational Education Commission by using Blended Method the found that the most appropriate level. 2) Develop and evaluate of efficacy in training courses preparing personnel into the school administrators in office of Vocational Education Commission by using Blended Method applications CIPP model. The results to : 1) evaluation environment topics that training and 12 training courses on the subject and is consistent to appropriate in most. 2) preliminary evaluation found that training is appropriate in most. Results of the trial found that the theoretical value of 82.96/81.77 and a compliance percentage score 81.77 above a certain threshold. 3) evaluation process Leadership training course to the fact that the theoretical value of 83.43/82.36 and 82.13 per cent performance with the higher criteria. and the trainees have satisfied the most. 4) Product Evaluation, the results showed that the satisfaction of the Director of the development of the Deputy Director and teacher knowledge and skills to use in education under the Office of Vocational Education Commission after training, found that satisfaction was high.
