The Particular Characteristic Indicators of Secondary School Administrator
Abstract
This thesis was designed as a mixed methodology based on qualitative and quantitative research. The objectives of the research were 1) to analyze particular characteristic indicators of secondary school administrators 2) to verify the particular characteristic indicators of secondary school administrators. The research was comprised of 3 procedures as follows: firstly, analyzing the relevant variables for the particular characteristic indicators of secondary school administrators, secondly, analyzing the particular characteristic indicators of secondary school administrators, and thirdly, verifying the particular characteristic indicators of secondary school administrators by expert and expertise. The population of the research were 2,361 secondary school administrators. The sample of the research were 331 secondary school administrators by using the determination of sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The instruments used for data collection were document analysis form, interview form, and opinionnaire. The statistic used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Exploratory Factor Analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1) The particular characteristic indicators of secondary school administrators consisted of six components namely; (1) morality and ethics 7 indicators, (2) communication and technology skills 3 indicators, (3) conservation of local wisdom 4 indicators, (4) decision making 5 indicators, (5) motivation 3 indicators, and (6) sacrifice and dedication 4 indicators. 2) The verification of the particular characteristic indicators of secondary school administrators were found in accordance with the standard of propriety, feasibility, utility and accuracy appropriate, feasibility, utilization, and theoretical framework.
