รูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต Knowledge Transfer Model In The Textile Indutry to Enhance Lifelong Learning

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตรวมถึงเพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและเพื่อหาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือพนักงานบริษัท ซันแฟลก (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด                     โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการรูปแบบจำนวน 242 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบจำนวน 43 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการหาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบ จำนวน 30 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังเรียน โดยการหา t-test for Dependent Samples ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ได้รูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ CCC Model ประกอบด้วย 1. เนื้อหาความรู้ในการปฏิบัติงาน 2. กระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และ 3. กระบวนการถ่ายทอดความรู้หรือสอนงาน 2) ประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 85.67/88.37 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 85/85 และ 3) ประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตพบว่า 3.1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนตามรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3.2) ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมตามรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตมีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในอยู่ในระดับมาก

This research was conducted to develop and determine the effectiveness of the knowledge transfer model in the textile industry to enhance lifelong learning.  The sample group recruited from the staff of Sunflag (Thailand) Ltd. They were also divided into 2 groups: (1) a sample group of 242 people to study about needs and problem; and (2) a sample group of 43 people to determine the efficiency of the knowledge transfer model.  The data was analyzed by determining percentage, mean and standard deviation. The pre-test and post-test learning outcomes were compared by a determining t-test for the dependent samples. The research findings can be summarized as follows: 1. The knowledge transfer model in the textile industry to enhance lifelong learning is CCC Model consisting of three elements including 1) Content 2) Course 3) Coaching 2. According to the findings, the efficiency of the knowledge transfer model in the textile industry to enhance lifelong learning was 85.67/8.37, which was higher than the standard criteria of 85/85. 3. The findings on the effectiveness of the knowledge transfer model in the textile industry to enhance lifelong learning were as follows:  3.1) The staff in textile industry who studied with knowledge transfer model in the textile industry was found to have the post-test score more than the pre-test score with a statistical significance of .05 (p<.05). The test reliability is 0.85 and 3.2) The staff in textile industry who studied with knowledge transfer model in the textile industry to enhance lifelong learning had a high level of satisfaction (  4.35).
