Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำนโยบายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานไปปฏิบัติของบริษัทคาเนมิทสึ พูลเล่ย์ จำกัด และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำนโยบาย/ยุทธศาสตร์ไปปฏิบัติ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคลากรของบริษัทคาเนมิทสึ พูลเล่ย์ จำกัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมความชัดเจนของวัตถุประสงค์นโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับน้อย  ภาพรวมระดับการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก และภาพรวมระดับความสำเร็จการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์การนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ พบว่า ความชัดเจนของวัตถุประสงค์นโยบายมีความสัมพันธ์กันมากในเชิงบวกกับการนำนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติและความสำเร็จการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์การนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ

This study of the implementation of the safety, occupational health and environment policy by Kanemitsu Pulley Co., Ltd., Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong Province attempts to study safety, occupational health and environment policy by policies/ strategies related to safety to performance as well as to study the relationships among factors contributing to policies/ strategies.  The population in this study were employees in Kanemitsu Pulley Co., Ltd. and the instruments to collect the data were questionnaire, in-depth interview of executives and occupational safety and environment committee. The findings on the study of the implementation of safety, occupational health and environment policy by Kanemitsu Pulley Co., Ltd. reveal that the overall of the clarity of the policy's objectives to the performance according to the safety, occupational health and environment policy of Kanemitsu Pulley Co., Ltd. was at low level.  The overall of the implementation of safety, occupational health and environment policy/ strategy by Kanemitsu Pulley Co., Ltd. reached high level and the overall of the success in achieving the objectives of the implement was at the high level as well since the performance for employees according to the policy covered five strategies. The study on the factors contributing to policies/ strategies related to the implementation of safety, occupational health and environment policy by Kanemitsu Pulley Co., Ltd. show that the clarity of the policy positively correlated to the implementation and attainment of the objectives of safety, occupational health and environment policy
