ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตตำบลห้างสูง ตำบลห้างสูง อำเภอหนองใหญ่ จังหวัดชลบุรีFactors contributing to the success of the Saving Group for Production, Hang Soong Subdistrict, Nong Yai District, Chonburi Province

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตตำบลห้างสูง และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตตำบลห้างสูง  อำเภอหนองใหญ่  จังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกสามัญกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตตำบลห้างสูง จำนวน 356 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามอยู่ที่ 0.922 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตตำบลห้างสูงมีความสำเร็จอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  ( = 3.32, S.D. = 0.44) และผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ฯ พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านการสนับสนุนจากภายนอก ด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม และด้านคณะกรรมการ ส่งผลทางบวกต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตตำบลห้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มฯ มากที่สุด (Beta = 0.397**) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการสนับสนุนจากภายนอก (Beta = 0.204**) ด้านบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม (Beta = 0.177**) และด้านคณะกรรมการ (Beta = 0.126**) ตามลำดับ และปัจจัยทั้ง 4 นี้ สามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต ได้ร้อยละ 65.30 (R² = 0.653)

This research aimed to study the level of success of Hang Soong Saving Group for Production, Nong Yai District, Chonburi Province and to identify the factors contributing to the success.  The sample group consisted of 356 members of the Saving Group and the questionnaires with reliability of 0.922  were used to collect the data.  The statistics used for data analysis were percent, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The study revealed the success of Hang Soong Saving Group for Production at the highest level ( = 3.32, S.D. = 0.44).  The factors with positive influence on the success were those on involvement, external support, the Group management, and the Group committee, with statistical significance at .01.  The factor contributing to the success at the highest level was that on involvement (Beta = 0.397**), followed by external support (Beta = 0.204**), the Group management (Beta = 0.177**), and the Group committee (Beta = 0.126**) respectively.  The predictability was found to be 65.30% (R² = 0.653) stepwise multiple regression analysis.
