ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจ พอเพียงต้นแบบ อำเภอเกาะจันทร์ จังหวัดชลบุรีFactors Contributing to Community Strength of Village Models for Sufficiency Economy, Amphoe Koh Chan, Chonburi Province

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 392 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยจัดกลุ่มแบบสัดส่วน แล้วหาจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากนั้นทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยนำรายชื่อมาสุ่มโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ตามจำนวนที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 392 ชุด ซึ่งค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามอยู่ที่ 0.914 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ วิธีแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนฯ อยู่ระดับเข้มแข็งมาก ( = 4.03, S.D.= 0.69) และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชน (Beta=0.338**) กระบวนการจัดการชุมชน (Beta=0.184**) การมีส่วนร่วม (Beta=0.177**) ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (Beta=0.140**) ส่งผลทางบวกต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทั้ง 4 ปัจจัยนี้สามารถพยากรณ์ความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนฯ ได้ร้อยละ 50.80 (R2=0.508) ส่วนปัจจัยผู้นำชุมชน และปัจจัยภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและวัฒนธรรมชุมชนไม่ส่งผลต่อความเข้มแข็ง

The purpose of this study was to examine the level of community strength of a model sufficiency economy village,.  Also, this study attempted to investigate factors contributing to community strength. The samples were 392 people. Using multi-stage random sampling. By grouping areas number of samples, simple random on the list were randomized using computer by specified amount. Instrument used to collected data was questionnaire 392 series and the questionnaires with reliability of 0.914 The statistical tests employed to analyze collected data included, standard deviation, multiple regression with stepwise method.  Result showed the strength of the community was found a very high level.  ( = 4.03, SD = 0.69),  the subjects rated factor  relation to community leaders affecting the community strength with  highest means score, Factors relating to local wisdom and community culture, process for community management, support from both public and private sectors, respectively.  In addition, was shown factors relation to the support from public and private sectors (Beta=0.338**), process for community management (Beta=0.184**), public participation (Beta=0.177**), natural resources and environment (Beta=0.140**) contributed statistically and positively to the community strength at significant level of .01. Specifically, factor relating to the support from public and private sectors was accounted for the community strength the highest level.  These four factors were predictive the community strength at 50.80 % (R2= .508).  Finally, factors relation to leaders, local wisdom and community culture had no effect the strength of the communities.
